Synchronize ERP, CRM and accounting data with operations in a controlled way.
MRTSoft develops integration layers between operational applications and ERP, CRM or accounting systems so customer, product, inventory, order, invoice and financial data can move with clear ownership and traceability.
Integration starts with data ownership
Before synchronization, we define which system is authoritative for customers, products, stock, orders and finance. This prevents uncontrolled two-way updates and makes conflict resolution predictable.
Logo, Mikro, Netsis and other systems
Where supported integration methods and required access are available, we can design connections with commonly used ERP and accounting platforms as well as custom systems. Scope always depends on the specific product, version and available API or integration interface.
Customer and account synchronization
Customer, supplier and account data can be validated and mapped between systems, including identifiers and organization-specific fields.
Product and inventory flows
Product master data, units, barcodes and inventory can be synchronized according to warehouse and operational rules, with controls for missing or invalid mappings.
Orders, invoices and transaction records
Operational orders can be transferred into ERP or accounting workflows, while resulting document numbers and statuses can return to the originating system when supported.
Scheduled and near-real-time integration
Not every data type needs the same frequency. Webhooks, APIs and scheduled jobs are selected according to volume, urgency and source-system capabilities.
Error handling and reconciliation
Failed records are logged with enough context for correction. Reconciliation routines can compare systems and surface missing or inconsistent transactions instead of allowing silent data drift.
Security and credentials
Integration credentials, network access and permissions are limited to what the workflow requires. Sensitive configuration is kept outside source code and production access is controlled.
Integration that can evolve
By isolating provider-specific behavior, new modules or systems can be added without rewriting the entire operational application.
