SERVICE SCOPE

Connect fragmented systems with reliable, observable data flows.

Modern businesses depend on systems that must exchange data reliably. MRTSoft designs REST APIs, webhooks, background services and integration gateways that connect internal applications, SaaS products, ERP/CRM platforms, marketplaces, payment providers and logistics services. We treat an API as a long-lived business interface, not simply a set of endpoints.

API architecture before endpoint development

We identify consumers, data ownership, security boundaries, expected traffic, latency requirements and failure scenarios before implementation. This determines whether a synchronous REST call, webhook, scheduled synchronization or asynchronous workflow is appropriate.

REST API development

APIs are designed with predictable resources, validation, consistent error responses, pagination where needed and clear versioning rules. Authentication and authorization are selected according to the environment, while sensitive operations receive additional controls and auditability.

Webhook and event-driven workflows

When systems need near-real-time updates, webhooks or event-driven patterns can reduce unnecessary polling. Signature validation, duplicate-event handling, retries and delivery logs are considered so the receiving system can process events safely.

Third-party system integration

We integrate with external services according to their documented APIs and operational limits. Data mapping, credential management, rate limits, timeout policies and provider-specific errors are isolated in maintainable integration components.

Background jobs and scheduled synchronization

Long-running or high-volume tasks should not block user requests. Background workers can process imports, exports, reconciliation, notification and synchronization tasks with controlled concurrency and retry behavior.

Security and access control

API security includes more than HTTPS. We consider authentication, authorization, secret handling, input validation, least-privilege access, audit records and abuse controls according to the risk of the workflow.

Logging, monitoring and recoverability

Structured logs, correlation identifiers, health checks and failure queues make integrations observable after launch. A support team should be able to answer which transaction failed, why it failed and whether it can be retried without creating duplicates.

Documentation and maintainability

Clear contracts reduce integration cost. Endpoint behavior, request and response models, authentication, error scenarios and important business rules are documented so future applications can integrate without reverse engineering the system.

Typical integration scenarios

Common projects include ERP and CRM connections, marketplace order flows, payment and virtual POS services, shipping providers, customer portals, mobile backends, accounting synchronization and private partner APIs. The architecture is selected according to the real systems involved rather than a fixed technology checklist.

Our delivery approach

We map the data flow, define contracts and security, build a testable integration layer, validate failure scenarios and prepare operational monitoring before go-live. This creates an API platform that can support new consumers and changing business requirements over time.
